Who doesn’t love a good smoothie?

It’s the ideal solution when crunched for time or want to pack a nutritious and refreshing meal on the go, a smoothie simple never disappoints.

Swap around the ingredients to fit your mood or make it more or less caloric dense based on what stage of the diet you are on.

Our favourite version is the following and here’s the ingredients list:

  • 200ml soy milk (no added sugar)
  • 1 scoop of whey isolate (chocolate)
  • 150g natural Greek Yoghurt (fat free)
  • 60g oats
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 15g natural peanut butter
  • 70g rasperries
  • 80g blueberries
  • Cinnamon

Serves: 1 | Cost: £ | Difficulty: EASY


Instructions: Place the blender cup on a scale and weigh the dry ingredients first, then flute fruit and finally add milk, yoghurt and the shot of espresso.

Blend until completely smooth and sip on a beach while swinging from an ammok on a hot summer day or really anytime, anywhere.
