Thank you for shopping with ROAR aesthetic. We strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy below, which applies to purchases made through our Shopify store, including those made via Google Shopping and YouTube.
🛍️ Returns for Physical Products
We accept returns for eligible physical items within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- The product must not be on our list of non-returnable items (see below).
How to start a return:
- Contact us at info@roaraesthetic.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will send instructions on how to send your item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

- Digital products (downloads, licenses, software keys, etc.)
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
💻 Refunds for Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download or access link has been provided.
However, if you experience issues accessing your purchase or receive a faulty digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for troubleshooting or a replacement.
💳 Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- We will notify you via email when your refund has been processed.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
📱 Orders via Google & YouTube Shopping
If you purchased through Google Shopping or YouTube Shopping, this same policy applies. Please follow the steps above for returns or refunds. We comply with the Google Return and Refund Policy Requirements and aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all customers.
