This option includes a 1 hour session with a ROAR aesthetic Personal Trainer, to assist with the workout and provide feedback.
NOTES:
- The session must be booked at least 1 day in advance

- The gym must be located within London area zone 1-2
- Access must be provided to the facility
- Ensure external personal trainer are allowed on the gym floor
